Very nice quality, love the functionality! Only criticism is not as "stiff" to hold the position as shown.

Really don't like this bag. The quality isn't great, the stitching is coming undone, the zipper catches, and the backpack straps slip after tightening. Tried to return and they said I needed photos of the zipper catching, but I also can't return if it's used or out of original packaging so I'm not sure how I'm going to catch things on film without using it more. So I tried keeping it and using it and it feels like a scam bag. If I put anything with weight, like items in promotional videos (I noticed all of those bags are brand new, so they obviously didn't use it much) or a full water bottle, the backpack straps loosen from the weight. The seams also look like they're about to split in certain areas when the bag is filled. I also don't understand why I would want to get into the bag from the side, but not the top. Why put a zipper on top and not magnets or something? It's so annoying to close the top! I've tried using it three times and just...can't. now I see they sell it for $26 at Walmart, so I likely won't even be able to resell it for any value. Goodwill here I come. 😑

I LOVE IT! Just what I have been looking for in a bag - versatility. I plan to enjoy this bag for a long time to come. I will be purchasing another one for my mum.

came quick and love the pockets. Better than my backpacks

I've been using a backpack at work for several years because laptop bags hurt my neck, but I'm a professional woman in my 50s and I feel a little silly using a backpack. I love the size & look of the bag. I got a black one and it fits my laptop, a second screen, as well as all of my accessories with plenty of room for other stuff. There are tote straps & backpack straps. The only thing I would wish for is a crossbody strap. Great value too!

It is the perfect for me. It’s the last every day bag I will need—- I just need a few other colors. I’m hooked!!

Since I saw the expandable feature and the outer wipe pocket, I was SOLD. I have two toddlers, so having quick access to wipes is essential sticky hands are a daily struggle. It’s also super easy to clean. The fact that it’s water-resistant is a huge bonus because I never have to worry about spills soaking through. And for the price? Honestly, it feels way more expensive than it is. I’d 100% buy this again.

I ordered a bag for the first time and noticed a hole in one of the pockets. I didn't think much of it and just got my mom to sew it closed for me. When I ordered another one I didn't think there would be another hole again since I assumed it was just one defective item the first time but the second one had another hole in the exact same pocket. I'm not sure if this is intentional or if they don't check any of the bags for defects?

I’ve had large bags before where things get lost in the bottom, until i saw this new brand and give it a try. I don’t know what kind of magic this bag has, but somehow the way it expands and holds everything without feeling like messy. And the quick-access sides were genius. Love it!

Many divided pokets and good quility of fabric. Whenever I go to work my hand is so many things of hold. But I can handle everything by this bag.

This bag was so unexpected!! I saw a few adds and finally bought it out of curiosity and WOW am I glad I did!! I have yet to fill it up and I am both a graduate student and a mom so I carry a lot of random stuff with me 😂

I love this bag. Very roomy, fashionable, and in good material. I'm using it for work, and will carry it during airplane travel.

First off, the organization is amazing. There are so many compartments that I never have to dig around for anything. The quick-access design is my favorite because I can grab wipes or a snack without taking the bag off my shoulder. The expandable feature is another thing I love, some days I’m just carrying the basics, but on long outings, I can expand the bag and fit extra clothes, snacks, bottles, diapers, and even a small toy or two without it feeling bulky. My husband even carries it sometimes because it's neutral and sleek. The only thing I’d love to see improved is a bit more padding in the laptop compartment since I sometimes carry my work laptop in it, but other than that, it’s perfect.

I didn’t expect it to fold down so compact. Great feature!

I was eyeing the dagne dover $200+ diaper bag, but I’m SO glad I found this instead. The compartments, the expand, the easy-access pockets are perfect. And most importantly it just cost more than half the price
