At Emma & Kate, we ensure a smooth and reliable shipping experience, so your order arrives as expected. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, delivery options, and important shipping information.

 

Handling

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. Emma & Kate is not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above $50. Free shipping is not available for island areas, including Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and similar remote destinations.

Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier service availability. Please note all shipping timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch. Shipping times exclude customs clearance delays and any other delays caused in circumstances that are outside our control.


Address Changes & Order Modifications

If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order:

Contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the request, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.

Incorrect addresses or incorrect item selections made by the customer at checkout are not eligible for refunds, reshipments, or replacements. If an issue is only discovered after delivery failure or non-receipt due to incorrect information provided, additional charges may apply for reshipping or order corrections.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
You can track your package using the link provided in your email.

All Emma & Kate purchases are covered by a one-year warranty. If your device malfunctions or has any defects within one year of use, we’ll  provide the next steps for repair or replacement.

Pre-Order Policy

To ensure a smooth and transparent pre-order experience, please review the guidelines below before placing your order. When you pre-order, you are reserving an item that is not yet ready to ship, and your payment secures your color, pricing, and priority in our production queue.

 

Pre-Order Cancellations:

You may cancel your pre-order anytime before the order ships for a full refund. No fees, no penalties. After the order ships, our standard 90-day return policy applies.

 

If Delays Occur:

While we work closely with our manufacturer to meet all timelines, unexpected delays may happen. If so, we will notify you immediately. You may then choose to wait for your order or request a full refund.


Shipping Insurance Policy:

We offer optional shipping insurance to give you extra peace of mind. By adding insurance at checkout, your order is protected in case of loss or damage during transit. Orders without insurance are not eligible for coverage after shipment.

What We Cover:

  • Damaged during transit
  • Lost during transit

To qualify, please notify us within 7 days of delivery or expected arrival. Provide a clear photo evidence (if damaged), and any tracking or email proof or purchase so we can process your claim as quickly as possible. If your tracking status hasn’t been updated for 35 days, we will consider the parcel officially lost and issue a replacement or refund.

Please note: Insurance does not cover delays, minor cosmetic packaging issues, incorrect shipping addresses, unclaimed packages returned to sender, or packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery (e.g. theft from doorstep).
