Shipping Insurance Policy

We offer optional shipping insurance to give you extra peace of mind. By adding insurance at checkout, your order is prioritized for packing and protected in case of loss or damage during transit. Orders without insurance are not eligible for coverage after shipment.

How to Claim

To qualify, please notify us within 7 days of delivery or expected arrival. Provide a clear photo evidence (if damaged), and any tracking or email proof or purchase so we can process your claim as quickly as possible.

Disclaimer

Insurance does not cover delays, minor cosmetic packaging issues, incorrect shipping addresses, unclaimed packages returned to sender, or packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen after delivery (e.g. theft from doorstep).
